Solid as a Rock

From frozen solid popsicles, to a liquid water puddle, and the spread-out gases all around us, matter can exist in different states. Matter can also change states or phases through the processes of heating and cooling! Many of the examples of matter that we can explore are things that we can find in our homes and our school. But, what about the bigger picture? Let’s take some time to look at how something as “everyday” as water can exist in some pretty big ways out in the world!
