Making New Things! Investigation

Matter describes the material or “stuff” that makes up everything around us! All states of matter, including solids, liquids and gases, can be combined in different ways. Think about the classic vinegar and baking soda experiment. Combining vinegar with baking soda makes lot of bubbles, as seen in the picture below! But, why does this happen? Why are bubbles produced? Let's conduct an investigation to find out what happens when two or more different substances or types of matter are mixed!
