Good Vibrations

Our five senses help us experience the world! Specifically, our sense of hearing allows us to listen to and experience the world all around us! In order to use our sense of hearing, noises called sounds are created. These sounds are created from the vibrations of objects. As the vibrations enter our ears, we are able to hear the sounds around us. In this lesson, students will engage in a musical instrument challenge in order to develop and use models to explain that sounds are created by vibrations.
