Light It Up!

Energy can be transferred from place to place by electric currents, which can then be used to produce motion, sound, heat or light. Simple circuits are an introduction to energy transfer through electric currents. During this lesson, students are challenged to build a simple closed circuit which will light an LED bulb. Also included is a supplemental resource for recording their final design and a series of questions to wrap up the activity.
