Electricity is a necessity of modern day society given all the devices, tools and machinery that we use in our daily lives. The way that we power these devices is by using circuitry.  Circuits can be very complex, as is the case in microchips that are used in cellphones and computers, or relatively simple such as a strand of holiday lights. In this lesson plan, learners will construct an explanation as to how energy is able to transfer from one energy source to another.
