From gravity keeping the planets in orbit around the Sun in our solar system, to you pulling your front door open, forces are everywhere! These forces have a direct impact on an object's motion and influence much of our daily lives. In fact, we can apply our understanding of force and motion to address challenges. In this lesson, students will engage in a challenge in order to define problems and design solutions to a force and motion problem.
