Growing Plants Without Soil
Estimated 30 minutes
All plants and animals are made of stuff called organic material. This organic material eventually breaks down in a process called decomposition. The organic material breaks down smaller and smaller until it can be reused by the plants, animals and other organisms in its environment. In this course, you'll be helping some trash and food decompose faster than normal with your very own compost bin. You'll also be able to create nutrient-rich soil you can use in your garden or on your plants. Let's get started!
