Heart to Heart

One essential characteristic of living things is that they can sense and react to stimuli. Stimuli can be from outside the body (external stimuli) or inside the body (internal stimuli). When there is an internal stimulus, there will be an internal response. Use this data collection handout to aid students in completing this investigation, students will explore their bodies response to stimuli during light, moderate and vigorous activities.
